I have been using every known foot cream and/or prescriptions daily, up to three times a day. My husband made a comment recently that I acted like I had athletes foot, after seeing podiatrists forever.
I started using athletes foot cream, and low and behold, it is finally clearing up. I have what is a know as moccasin foot. And it is finally, healing!!

David November 6, 2014 at 10:51 am Is what I do I soak my feet for 20 minutes and warm soapy water now then use pumice stone then I clean my feet again with soap and water and this might sound strange but I take Vaseline and I smear it all over my feet then I take plastic bag and wrap them around my feet and put socks on and then I walk around on my moccasins and then normally after about a half an hour the Vaseline finally starts rub it in take it off wipe your feet off and put regular lotion on it do it on a daily basis for about a week and your feet will be looking good hope this helps. Todd December 9, 2016 at 5:12 pm I live at the beach and always wear flip flops. My feet dry out and crack badly, so much so, that I can barely walk. I found a very good solution, soak feet in warm water with ACV and alcohol twice a week, for about fifteen to twenty minutes. Then after my feet have softened up, I use a 3 1/2 inch, 80 grit, grinder wheel sanding pad (buy at Home Depot) to sand off the built up dry skin around the area where my feet are cracked (usually the heels). Then I dip them back in the foot bath to rinse.
I dry off my feet and they instantly feel and look better, plus the deep parts of the cracks dry up and heal after the treatment. I am still working on my feet but they are eighty percent better in just three weeks.

Everybody has rights and opinions and they should be respected. Heres how i approached the problem. My missus suffered from cracked feet for years so i had to let her go, unfortunatey. It might seem a bit heartless but the pain was interfering with my bedroom requirements and it had become a serious issue. Now I’ve found a lovely lass with beautiful, supple skin who is more than happy to hoist her feet in the air for as long as it takes. To all the men out there.
Forget about remedies and simply let her go. Best thing I ever did.

It works as a natural emollient to soften your skin. Melt one block of paraffin wax in a double boiler and mix in two tablespoons of mustard oil or coconut oil. Allow it to cool until a thin layer forms on the top.
Now, dip your feet in the mixture, wait for 5 to 10 seconds and dip again. Do this a few times or until you have several layers of wax built up. Cover your feet with a plastic and leave it on for 30 minutes before removing the plastic and peeling off the wax from your skin.
Repeat the treatment one or two times a week. Note: Make sure you do not dip your feet in the paraffin wax mixture when it is hot.
Do not use this remedy if you are diabetic or have poor circulation. She told me to get 100% African Shea butter.you can buy it at Rainbow blossom but it is pricey. I ordered it online at Cleopatras Choice for $12.00 a pound. My heels were crack free for the first time in years within 2-3 weeks. It’s amazing! I have tried everything for years and this is the first success I have had.
March 2, 2014 at 5:54 pm Vaseline/Patrolleium Jelly does not work for me. If anything, its makes my cracked feet more irritable. I’ve used a pumice stone and moisturizing lotion for two years now.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I found soaking my feet in warm bathwater with a little bit of head and shoulders helps loosen some of the dead skin.

RD July 11, 2014 at 1:47 pm I tried everything for years with no help. Finally I tried zinc oxide with great results. One can find it over the counter at any pharmacy. Once I started experiencing good results my husband mentioned that it’s what he uses on his cow’s hooves too. Maybe he could have mentioned this a few years ago, to save me a few years of aggravation and pain.
Anyway, zinc oxide is also found in Balmex baby butt ointment. That’s what I started with, then switched over to the pure stuff.

Use cold pressed avocado oil, or grapeseed oil, they are easily absorbed into you skin, are very moisturisising and are highly beneficial packed with vitamins and essential fatty acids.
